If you downloaded any of them in the past, the yes, you can just simply start the download V3 from scratch if you haven't done in the past, or, download new contents added of the new version of this compilation, and the client will rescan the torrent on the existing things you downloaded from previous versions. Just like with previous versions of their other torrents.

Yeah you don't. Like @DmitrysMedia said, you can rescan the older folder.
I usually add new novels and only sometimes rename the old ones. To make sure you have the latest files, move the folder with torrent client.
The "DRM-Free (NekoNyan)" section is mostly false, if it requires a crack which 3 out of 4 of them do then it's not DRM-Free, 3 of them are Steam rips with cracks. Only Onii♥️Kiss Onii-chan, Where’s My Kiss is DRM-Free (no Steam DLL files). Saying they're DRM-Free is very misleading (NekoNyan no longer sells DRM-Free games themselves).

Does the Onii♥️Kiss Onii-chan here have the bugfixes included? Or is the version here already updated with those fixes(fixes for example impossible to complete harem route issue). The other torrent has links to those patches, but one of them is defunct, onii-kiss-krkrz.exe (patch 2.01)(because solpress went bellyup and as such took their sites with them), the link for patch 2.02(fixes harem route) still works. Unfortunately you have to apply 2.01 before 2.02...
Edit; Just to add Nekonyan released a new version of Oniikiss a month ago*, and that version is the one currently on mangagamer, JAST, FAKKU, Denpasoft. It should have updated translation, and I assume the fixes are already included in the game(?), however that version doesn't appear to be here on nyaa at the moment...

Yeah sorry about that. It is usually unclear from which source the files originate. Still, I've been going for quantity instead of quality at this time. I'll make it clear in v4, since there is not that much to add at the moment.

Motherlode... I basically buy all my games anyway, but I should really throw these on an external drive to have for safe keeping.
(Edit: Posting from the year 2037: Sure glad I downloaded these. In between air raids, scavenging for food, supply runs, etc. It sure is nice to have to have these classic games where I can date anime girls)

Comparing my copy(from Denpa) to the file from your link, it should be legit. Checksum(SHA1) matches for OniiKiss.exe for both, and at least fsecure on my pc doesn't give any alarm when checked. Other files seem identical as well, including the patch files.
mixed feelings about compilation torrents. On one hand it's good to share them but on the other it splits swarms and causes both the original and this torrent to die out faster
@jenga_tower Indeed people won't bother looking for the original if they can grab them from the batch
But people can't keep seeding a torrent of this size for long and make it dead faster
I think the one making this batch fully aware of this and they didn't make this with a good intentions at all just what to make some money with a donation

Thanks for your opinion, however I'd like to adress your concerns.
1) Main purpose of this is not to steal attention from the standard releasers like girlcelly..., but to work as a sort of an archive or backup.
Imagine thinking about archive.org in the same way: "Oh man, they just archive the books digitally nowadays, people won't bother going to the libraries anymore and they will be gone..."
2) Are you sure big torrents die faster? I think It just depends on the content. One example for all: TLMC v.19 has been around for 5 and a half years and Is more than 1,7TB big.
3) If I had been doing this for money, I would just go to work or I wouldn't be buying VNs to share here at all.
