Is this from Steam or Denpasoft? I'm asking because I really can't tell because there are no Steam DLL files in the folder (which would be there if it was a rip of the Steam version) but if it was from Denpasoft the R18 content would already be included making the separate R18 installer pointless and I don't even know if there is a crack in place since if it was from Steam there would need to be a crack since it isn't using Steam emulator.
